Genesis is a Baptist-based church club, meeting on Friday evenings for fun activities and Christian teaching from 7.30pm until 9.15pm in the hall. On occasions, we do meet off site and therefore timings and venues may vary
so be sure to keep a programme in a safe place and check it weekly. Genesis also meets during the Sunday evening service for Christian teaching.
Genesis is for 11-16 year olds – from year 6 onwards and membership can be up to the end of the school year in which you turn 16 (at the end of year 11). Membership is automatic for at Brockhurst Baptist Church and ex-Funhouse members (Wednesday and Friday). Addition membership for friends of current members is through application via the leaders.
Regenr8, the youth congregation meet for a service of youth worship and teachings on Sunday evenings from 7.00pm until 8.30pm and Genesis members may join this group from the age of 13.
In Genesis there is a weekly subscription of £1.00 per week. You not required to pay subs for any week you miss. There is tuck shop maximum evening purchase of 50p on tuck.
