Sean is a visionary leader who's passion is to grow churches and people. He is the senior leader and has overall responsibility for the spiritual direction, pastoral care and general administration of the church. He graduated from Spurgeons College in 2000 and is |
currently completing a Masters Degree in Preaching. He is married to Cheryl and has three daughters and a son-in-law. He is an avid reader, loves watching movies, listening to music and playing classical guitar.
Paul Simmonds, Elder

Paul is one of the Elders. He is married to Julia and has three daughters but only one bathroom! He is currently working as a Risk Manager for the Ministry of Defence, and is also taking a Masters Degree in Missional Leadership. |
Mike Smith , Elder

In January 2006, after more than 40 years as an analytical chemist working in a Research and Development laboratory for a major pharmaceutical company, Mike decided it was time for a career break.
He now has more time to grow fruit and |
vegetables on his allotment garden and to enjoy other interests including beekeeping and family history.
He and his wife Pat have been involved in one or another aspect of church leadership since they moved to Gosport in 1975.

Kevin Leech, Elder

Kevin has a heart for seeing the church grow in depth and maturity as well as numerically. He believes that in a church it is the relationship within the community of believers expressed in and through Small Groups that provides the foundation on which the Church |
and its members can grow. Kevin co-ordinates the church Small Group activities and has joint responsibility for the first survive. Kevin is married to Ruth and they have three lovely children in Owen, Cameron and Grace. He works as a training consultant, enjoys reading, watching films and is an ex-rugby player turned armchair fan.

Jean Payne , Deacon

Jean Payne has been married to George for 40 years and together they have lived in Gosport since 1979. They have two children, Andrew married to Rachael (living in Canada), and Heather married to Allan (living in Portchester). This year they became |
grandparents for the first time, her name is Annabelle. Jean and George are both ex navy, but continue to work with the navy, George at HMS EXCELLENT, and Jean in the dockyard in the office of the Naval Christian Fellowship.
Estelle Rombough, Deacon
